Get the app · version 0.3.2

Bring your computer and phone into Unifiles.

Clouds connect from the website. Computers, phones and the drives plugged into them need the small Unifiles app, which shares only the folders you pick. Your files never leave the device unless you copy them somewhere.

Windows

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit

  1. Open Unifiles-Setup and click Install. No administrator rights needed.
  2. If Windows says it protected your PC (the app isn't signed yet), choose More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Unifiles opens: type the pairing code from Add storage.

Mac

macOS 10.15 or newer, Apple silicon or Intel

  1. Unzip the download and drag Unifiles into Applications.
  2. The first time, right-click Unifiles in Applications and choose Open (Apple hasn't checked this version yet).
  3. Type the pairing code from Add storage.

Linux

64-bit desktop with GTK 3 and libsecret (most desktops have both)

  1. Extract the download.
  2. Run bundle/storvault_agent.
  3. Sign in or type the pairing code from Add storage.

Android

Android 7 or newer, 64-bit phone

  1. Open the download on your phone.
  2. If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps.
  3. Open Unifiles and pair it from Add storage, or scan the QR code there.

iPhone and iPad

There's no iPhone app yet, so an iPhone's own files can't be added. Everything else works in Safari: open Unifiles, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens like an app.
